# Cubox Premium F&Q
Cubox has two types of membership services: Cubox Pro and Cubox Pro+AI, both support annually plans.
Cubox Pro offers unlimited collections and annotations, unlocks all non-AI features, and provides a limited trial of AI features.
Cubox Pro+AI is based on Cubox Pro membership and offers automatic AI Insight and Ask AI, including all future AI function upgrades.
# 14-Day Free Trial
Cubox offers a 14-day free trial of Pro+AI, available once for each basic user. Pro and Pro+AI users can start a one-time trial after the current subscription expires. During this trial, you can experience all Cubox features and choose the plan that suits you.
# Start on the Web
Visit the Pricing page (opens new window) to start your trial. A payment method must be linked, but you will not be charged during the 14-day trial. After the trial ends, the system will automatically charge for the subscription. If you do not wish to continue, please cancel on the Manage Subscription page (opens new window) before the trial ends.
# Start On Mobile
After logging in, follow the pop-up form to start the 14-day free trial, or go to More > Check Membership to begin.
A payment method must be linked, but you will not be charged during the 14-day trial. After the trial ends, the system will automatically charge for the subscription. If you do not wish to continue, please cancel on the subscription page in Apple or Google Play before the trial ends.
# How to Upgrade
You can upgrade your membership on mobile or the web. Starting August 13, 2024, at 16:00 UTC, if you purchase or subscribe to the Pro+AI annual membership (excluding those redeemed with gift cards and activation codes), you can renew at the original purchase price forever, unaffected by future price changes.

Upgrade on the Pricing page (opens new window) . Upgrades are handled via subscription with automatic renewal. If you do not want auto-renewal, disable it before the renewal date.

# On which platforms can I use Cubox Pro/Pro+AI?
Cubox's service has now supported almost all platforms, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android, Windows, Web, and browser extensions.
# Is there a separate fee for each platform?
After purchasing a Cubox Pro/Pro+AI membership on any device, you can use it on all other platforms with your Cubox account. There is no limit to the number of logged-in devices.
# How is the AI usage calculated?
The usage of AI is currently only related to the generation of AI Insight and Ask AI, and both accumulate together.
Each successful generation of AI Insight, whether automatic or manual, counts as 1;
Each successful initiation of Ask AI, when the response is returned, counts as 1.
# Can I upgrade from Pro to Pro+AI?
Yes, if you have a subscription, you can upgrade to Pro+AI through the subscription platform. If you purchased or redeemed a membership, you can upgrade to Pro+AI by paying the price difference on the Pricing page (opens new window).
# How to Lock in Pro+AI Membership Price?
Starting August 13, 2024, at 16:00 UTC, if you purchase or subscribe to the Pro+AI annual membership (excluding those redeemed with gift cards and activation codes), you can renew at the original purchase price forever, unaffected by future price changes.
Additionally, those who meet the above purchase requirements and have an active Pro+AI annual membership as of August 14, 2024, 00:00 UTC will also enjoy this benefit directly.
# Will my rights be protected after upgrading to Cubox Pro?
Cubox has been running stably for over 4 years. During this period, we have made several adjustments to the membership prices based on the changes in functionalities, but the paid rights will be protected. If the member rights become invalid due to reasons caused by Cubox (such as long-term server malfunctions or rights degradation), we will announce the corresponding refund policy to ensure the protection of member rights.
# After upgrading to Cubox Pro or Cubox Pro+AI, will it be automatically charged later?
It will automatically renew after the expiration if you upgrade to Cubox Pro or Cubox Pro+AI. You can cancel the subscription before it expires.
# How to use activation codes?
Redeem activation codes on the Pricing page (opens new window). Each code can only be activated once.
If you purchased a Pro gift card but plan to upgrade to Pro+AI, contact us at hi@cubox.cc. We will convert the Pro membership duration to Pro+AI based on the annual fee, adding to your membership duration.
# What should I do if my membership doesn't take effect after purchase?
You can contact us via email at hi@cubox.cc, and we will help you resolve it.
# Can I get an invoice after purchase?
An invoice will be provided after payment. If you donโt receive it, email hi@cubox.cc to request a reissue.
# Do you offer a refund?
Cubox memberships are digital products. Since Cubox has provided a free trial, refunds are not supported for non-Cubox major operational problems, so please check before purchasing or subscribing.
# What happens if I do not renew after the trial or membership expires?
If your membership expires and you choose not to renew, your account will be changed to the basic version. If you exceed the basic plan quota, your existing content won't be deleted, but you need to upgrade to a paid plan to keep saving content and using membership features.
# Can I export my collection data?
Yes, you can manually export your data. Refer to Copy and Export (opens new window) for instructions.
# Will my account and data be permanently stored if not used for a long time?
Non-member data will be stored for at least one year. Accounts inactive for over a year will receive reminders via SMS or email to export data. After the notification period, data will be permanently deleted.
# Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, you can go to More > My Account, click "Delete Account" button to delete your account. It will permanently delete all data and cannot be restored. Please proceed with caution.
